In business there are some things you just need to do whether you like it or not. The legal stuff is one of those things. Registering your business and paying taxes means you are paying out money to the government, but it does mean you are operating legally and have nothing to worry about come tax time. Skipping the legal stuff is definitely not advisable because someone will catch up with you in the end and it will cost you so much more than if you do the right thing.

It’s great that you have an idea for a business, but is there really a demand for whatever you are selling? Is there enough to sustain your business for a long period of time? You must qualify your idea first and show there is a real demand for it. If you don’t you will waste a lot of time and money.
